Application Instructions - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

This application must be completed in one session. You cannot save your work and come back to it at another time. We suggest that you prepare your answers in a separate document before you start the online application. The questions are available in the 2017 CLIDE Application Worksheet section (starting on page 4) of CALL FOR APPLICATIONS. It may work best to copy and paste your answer into the answer field of each question.

Remember that the jurors will have a limited amount of time for each application. Please be concise.
